van in preparation for taking it back tomorrow (unfortunately.) After an early lunch we headed off for the Waterfront. Brenda wasn't feeling well, so we parked at Noordhoek beach and she had a nap in the Camper while Theo and Caleb went to explore the beach.
Although the weather reports had not been favourable, we were graciously blessed with one last fine and warm afternoon and had it not been for the wounds from the bike-crash and the doubtful cleanliness of the water, Theo would have been in the waves with Caleb!
After a lovely time on the beach, we retraced our steps through HoutBay and along Victoria Drive past Camps Bay, which is gorgeous, and then to Greenpoint and finally to the Wat
erfront. We also got to see te We had another spectacular sunset and some awesome views. Fotos just do not do them justice!We had a lovely evening walking along the Waterfront. Brenda took some brilliant photos and our little Samsung Camera did a great job.
We looked at the clocktower, found the swing bridge (although we didn't 
see it swing) and found the seal and walrus corner (boy were they stinky) We had supper at a little fish & chips place - a fish burger, hake and snoek - being carefully watched by a gull who chased
any other bird that came near - but we didn't feed him as 
there are plenty of signs asking us not to.We bought some Steers cones on the way back to the car and listened to an amazing Xylophone band playing all sorts of familiar tunes and soaked in the views of the harbour and listening to the accents of all the foreign tourists. It was a good end to the Cape Town leg of the trip.
We headed back to Kommetjie for our last night in the camper... :-(
