The Ramsgate Holiday Adventure begins:
After a long and hectic half year and in the midst of the Soccer World Cup we get to go on holiday.
The plan was awesome: to hire two houses down at the coast, organise for a pile of friends to join us, and spend 10 days at the coast relaxing and catching up.
George is coming with and so are the bikes and the geocaching stuff.
A very exciting development was that one of Caleb's friends, Brendon, would be joining us. And so we squeezed all the stuff in the boots and hit the road along with Diana and Kathryn.
The first stop was in Delmas so that George could get two caches in Mpumalanga. Then a stop in Villiers to get a Free State cache and then lunch in Harrismith followed by a scenic cache overlooking the Sterkfontein and Driekloof dams at the top of the Oliviershoek pass. The boys loved looking at the treasures and the view from this cache was stunning!
A wors braai at our overnight spot at Bergville brought us to the end of a very exciting day!
